Who do we assist?
We work with adults and older adults who may be experiencing:
Neurological conditions or physical disability
Reduced mobility or physical changes
Age-related changes affecting independence
Difficulties managing daily tasks safely at home or in the community
Services are available to NDIS participants, Aged Care clients with self funded Home Care Packages and privately funded clients.
We are a mobile OT that services Perth’s lower South Metro region eg: City of Rockingham, Kwinana, Cockburn, City of Mandurah and surrounds.
